Due to the clog being connected to my downstairs neighbor & the clog being too far down for the snake to get all of the clog the job could not be completed. I was told due to it being a "common" line that the Association should be responsible for the rest of the clog issue. Not sure if they are going to take care of it though. Other than that I am very pleased with Martin's.

He was competent & nice thru out our 1st phone contact to the completion of my water heater repairs. Was the best offer... for a job well done!! Would use services again & Will recommend.. Thanks again!.. :) Brenda Williams

Although showed up 30+ minutes late, Martin was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Fast response to my request and they made it to my house in less than an hour. Very friendly, informative and not overaggressive with other service offers. I actually offered up another small job to them and they had time right then and knocked it out!

They cleared up the problem & since it was on the disposal side of the sink & it wasn't working anyway, I had them take it out & just plumb it normally. I will not have to worry about a disposal ever again. I'm very pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend them.

Martin and his partner fixed the clogged drain quickly and reasonably.

Martin called as soon as we submitted our request and was at our house within the hour. He was very friendly and fixed our issue very quickly. He even told us that if the problem reoccurred, he would return and fix it at no charge.

I had a clogged sink and when i checked into Homeadvisor.com, I got three calls. Two were receptionists and one was Martin calling himself. I liked him immediately from just a,short conversation. He said he could be up from Oxnard in 45 minutes which he was! He spent a while trying to unclog the pipe only to discover it was broken. He gave me an estimate and said he could come the next morning at 8:00 am to fix it. He also told me I did not have to go with his company immediately if I wasn't sure and to please feel free to check around and also check his reviews. I decided to go with him anyway because of his kindness and professionalism and later when I did check his reviews every one of them was 5 stars and glowing!! They all reconfirmed my impression of him. Martin, Efraim, and Jose all came promptly at 7:55 am and worked tirelessly to fix my pipes. The grass and dirt they had to dig up was all relplaced before they left as well as the cement they also patched up. I will recommend Martin's Rooter Service to EVERYONE I know. They were kind, courteous, professional and VERY reasonably priced after I had previously checked around before going on Homeadvisor.com. I just talked to a friend at work who also used them and she had only great things to say about Martin and his crew. 10 stars for them!

Charged $165 for less than an hour's work. Unable to scope pipe due to crack. Not his fault. Very courteous and helpful with information.

Fast response time

Martin called me the day before to confirm appointment and and problem I was having. He was on time and fixed my problem in a very professional manner. While testing his repair work he found another problem and took care of that also. Cost of the repairs was very reasonable. A real pro!! If I ever have any plumbing problems in the future, I know who to call.

Martin was the first respondent to my submittal. He was courteous, careful and thorough. Martin cleared out kitchen drain quickly and very effectively. I was especially pleased with his willingness to explain what was happening as he worked. He arrived a little later that expected, but since it was the day after switching from "day light" time to standard, I was not concerned. I will certainly consider him for future needs.

I called mr. Martin for a clogged kitchen drain. Lucky me, he was in the eara and at my door in 15mins. I was very impressed with him as a Plummer and a person,very nice man...I will call him first with any pluming concern in the fueture.

I called Martin for a 2nd opinion after another plumber gave me an estimate of $800 to take a jackhammer to my bathroom tile to get to a pipe to clear a slow drain. On top of that bad news he said he wouldn't be able to get to for at least a week. I called Martin and explained the situation late that evening and he agreed to come first thing the next day. He showed up on time w/his partner and quickly diagnosed the problem and had an idea for another approach that would not require any kind of demolition! He was actually able to reach the problem via the attic and was able to clear the drain in about 20 min!!! What a RELIEF!! I can't thank him enough! I will definitely be using him for all future plumbing issues! Thanks again Martin!
