I do not even know where to begin! We went into their showroom purchasing a lawn mower and ended up going back for a gas fireplace!! Ken our salesman made selecting each part very easy for us. Communication was good throughout the whole process. We has Bryan and Patrick for installation. The project was supposed to be 3 days and they finished in 2 ! As far as mantle, surround, and tile it was built on site not prepackaged. He sat down and worked with us to figure the best dimensions and sizing to not overwhelm the room but accommodate the ceiling height. I also did not want the fancy molding and rosettes because it just doesn't suit my taste or my house. He brought over all his stuff and layed it out so we could get an idea of the finished product. They were absolutely AMAZING. I can not recommend them enough. And just for the record our initial purchase, the lawn mower, is fantastic. Best one we have ever bought. ** for the record because when looking for a fireplace installer the most common negative review was installers not meeting code enforcement regulations on other companies. Martins had good reviews on that. I work for the Code office where I live and the CEO did his inspection and said everything was above standard! This is so important for safety and I was beyond pleased with this aspect too!)

Installation wont take place until mid October so I cannot stand behind any of these ratings at this point! So please stop sending this or offer job not completed as of yet!

Very friendly personnel, however they did not do a thorough job. I had two chimneys’s to be cleaned and one you need to come into the house to pull the unit out to be cleaned. I had my son there and they didn’t even attempt to come in. When I spoke to them on the phone they said they recommended that the unit should be pulled and then when they followed up, I asked why no-one came inside, and it makes me wonder if they did anything.

On time, professional, quality of work great. I'd recommend them to anyone and would use them again

The technician knew immediately what was wrong and how to remedy the situation. Martin's Stove and Fireplace will be my first call for any future fireplace issues I may have.

I needed a cleaning and repair right away for a home inspection and Martin's was able to accommodate me. They did a great job!! I didn't realize how great my fireplaces could look. The service technician even went a step above and made my remote for my fireplace work properly. It hadn't worked in 4 years!! Thank you for your great service!

They installed our wood stove and did yearly maintenance (stove and chimney) at our old home. When we were purchasing the new home with a fireplace they came out did the inspection and saved us from missing some important things that the home inspector did not cover. They fix one thing on the spot and will be putting in the new fireplace insert. We also hired them to restore a Vermont Castings Stove for my dad, it looked new like the day I purchased it. They do it all and are just wonderful. I would not have anyone else do the work for us.

WE BOUGHT 864 TRV NATURAL GAS FIREPLACE FROM MARTINS (KEN ) was the salesman HE DID A GREAT JOB WITH PRESENTING THE THE FIREPLACES AVAILABLE AND THERE DIFFERENCES PLUS ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS WITH ANSWERS WE COULD UNDERSTAND. BRYAN DID THE INSTALLATION OF THE FIREPLACE AND GAVE US INFORMATION WE NEEDED TO INTALL STONE FACE.

We purchased a gas fireplace from them in the Winter of 2015. Bryan did a great job with the complete project!! He was put down drop clothes to protect our carpet & cleaned EVERYTHING up before his departure. We LOVE it & would recommend them to anyone looking for answers to their heating needs, Martin's Stove & Fireplace is first class!!!!

A thoroughly professional evaluation involving work to be done in connection with a house sale.

My fireplace/chimney damper would not open due to long time non-use. When I found Home Advisor and filled out the on line questions, HA sent me a list of local providers. Martin's was well rated and at the top of the list. I contacted them, desccribed my problem and they said they could fix it and gave me the service call fee. An apointment was set of between 11 and 1 in several days. They followed up by internet twice to ensure I( still needed the service and then the technician showed up at 11 AM on the dot. Bryan fixed my problem and was gone in 30 minutes. The company and tech wer courteous, prompt, effective and I will recommend them to my friends. Great job. I appreciate the service from first contact to job completion.
