I am having the work done today and I know it will be done the right way. The electrician explained everything that he was going to be doing and I have full confidence that it will not only look good, but will not have to worry that it wasn't done right. I would definitely rate the customer service to 5 stars.

The workmen was very accurate in diagnosing the problem. He was very polite and clean about going about his work. All problems were fixed in a timely fashion and for reasonable costs. I would gladly rehire this person.

Steven came the same day I talked to him. He first tried to help me trouble shoot the problem over the phone to save me some money. He did come out and found the problem quickly. While he was here I had him replace two outdoor outlets. He was professional and pleasant to work with. We already scheduled him for additional work.

Steve was excellent, courteous - just overall fabulous. Did a great job on the ceiling fan - especially since there was no connection to begin with. He did a neat job, cleaned up after himself and was just overall very pleasant to deal with (his co-worker was great too.) I'll use him for any future work hands down.
