The service was fine. I called back a couple of weeks later to report the water wasn't hot enough and it would run out after one bath. There was no response to help me with that issue. To this date no call back or help with that. I dont know if there is something wrong with the heater or what it is.

Steve answered my request in seconds came out the next morning replaced the water heater. Great Service. I would definitly recommend.

Instead replacing water heater as thought, they fixed a leak on top which resolved the issue (and saved us an estimated $500+).

Charged for 1 hour even though the job took only 15 minutes and we were told on the phone that minimum charge is for 30 minutes.

Steve from Marumsco did a fantastic job replacing my water heater. The job was set up with only a few days notice, he arrived on time, completed the job in a timely manner, and finished within the estimated cost he gave me over the phone. This despite the fact that the water heater cost him more than his estimate to me over the phone. Great job all around and I would recommend Marumsco and Steve in particular to anyone that asks.

I received a call from Marumsco 10 minutes after I submitted my request for a plumber. Steve was courteous, on time, and he even took off his shoes when he came into my house...I have cream colored carpet. He called back after the job just to make sure every thing was working. Great service.

Steve from Marumsco Plumbing called me within minutes of my posting. He came to my house the very next day at a time that was convenient to me and was able to fix the problem quickly. I thought he charged me a very reasonable rate for the work done. I will definitely call him the next time I need a plumber.
