I FIRED THE GUY! I WOULD NOT HIRE HIM TO BUILD A DOG HOUSE! WORST CONTRACTOR I HAVE EVER USED. CONCRETE WORK WAS TERRIBLE AT BEST. HE COVERED THE FLOOR AFTER POURING AND BEFORE I SAW THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK WHEN I UNCOVERED THE FLOOR IT WAS TERRIBLE. ALL AROUND THE EDGES HE DIDN'T EVEN TROWEL IT. TERRIBLE! HE TOOK SHORTCUTS. EXAMPLE: Didn't put a seal under the mud sills among others. The concrete block he laid was not straight and parts of it went in and out like a snake. Screwed up the walls and headers. Need I go on. I FIRED HIM. TOLD HIM NEVER TO SET FOOT ON MY PROPERTY .

In one word- horrible!! Lazy and slept on job. Did not have required tools. Did not do the job to the agreed quality. Rescheduled over an over to fix. Would set a time and not show up. Would dodge our calls for days. Ended up spending more money with another company to get done correctly. Now in legal process against business for repayment for unacceptable work. My advice- you see Gary Marvel or Marvel Construction- RUN! do not use! Is rude and shady beyond belief!!
