First off, I would not call them a pro nor do I believe they are licensed. They dropped a large rock next to the pool into the pool damaging the bottom of the pool (rock weighed 60-70 pounds) and denied doing it. Marvin did come back and pull it out but his crew denied doing it even after he asked them before leaving.
