Mike and Mario Rodriguez of Marvira Construction are true professionals! I had two sections of block wall that were starting to separate and lean (and an HOA to keep happy) Mikeâ s is the ONLY company I contacted to come out and show me what was wrong, what needed to be done and even why it happened (install error some thirty years ago). He then was the only company to give me a written prospectus with a fair price and no hidden costs; no factors which might affect the final price. Their work quality is superb and Mikeâ s communication is excellent! He and his son Mario are also tremendously nice guys and open to all questions and concerns. Mike and Mario and their team were great! We had a retaining wall blow over from a recent storm. They were very prompt in reaching out to quote our job and then to schedule the service. It was clear from our first meeting that Mike knew what needed to be done with the walls, whereas I did not get that same level of comfort from landscapers that say they do this same type of work. The crew was very respectful of our property and cleaned up great. You couldn't even tell they were in our yard with concrete mud. The wall was constructed efficiently and at a great price. Mike was very friendly and easy to work with.

Company was very responsive and completed work in just a few days. They even helped me load my trailer with old block from the wind damaged fence that I wanted to keep. Although the company's bid was not the least expensive I received, I believe the extra money was worth it for a quality job.

We had 2 sections of block walls damaged by roots. Mike and crew did a fantastic job replacing both sections. One side still had a large root in the footing area, the crew took the time to get that root out and fill the footing properly. The fence is well built. We highly recommend Marvista Construction. We had almost our whole back yard wall come down during a storm and Mike and his crew came out and started work the next day and started work on the rebuild. They were very responsive and did excellent work rebuilding the whole wall, and rebuilding it correctly. We also had them repair another section that was damaged due to a sinking column and the repair blends in great with the old masonry work.

part of our wall was failing because of a gate. that was not installed properly. they were great to work with. everyone else wanted to charge us for a new gate, these men said no we can fix the wall and re hang the gate, saved us a lot of money. they came right away and fixed it in two days would recommend them to my family and friends. very professional , clean and were very happy
