Massively overpriced for such a small job. I paid $375.00 for 3 balances and less than 30 minutes of work. I thought it was going to be more work involved, but he just snapped them in. HA Needs to locate more window repair professionals to give more options and competition in pricing.

Marv responded to my call same day. He was not only less $ to complete the job he could get it done so much sooner then the local big glass company. Big difference from Marv completing job in mid Aug to the estimated time of mid Oct. for the big company. So happy we went this direction. Nice to be done.

The guys knew what they were doing and diagnosed the problem. I had a specific part which they have ordered and will complete the project as soon as it comes in.

I received 2 estimates which resulted In a problem for me. Both had such high reviews that it was difficult to select. I decided that I would need to go with the cheapest estimate. Based on this factor I chose Marv. Because of the slope under the high window along with the clutter of landscape stones and bushes it was necessary for him to set up scaffolding instead of using a ladder. He also replaced some old weather stripping in a couple adjacent windows and his cost for this was very reasonable. Based on his work I would Highly recommend Marv for window repairs.

Marv was upfront with his pricing. He needed to order the parts for our window repair and he was spot on about the date he would be able to make the repair. His work was completed professionally and I only wish we had done this years earlier.

Great work, able to do big and small jobs!

We always get at least 3 bids and don't always go with the lowest price. But, I was impressed with Marvin and the reviews from others that used his services and I am not disappointed. The job was well done and the price was the lowest of the bids I received. He told me that he does other home improvement work and I won't hesitate to give him a call.

Marv came out the first day we called him to assess the window repair and said we needed 3 small parts that were ordered. So it took time for these parts to come in and Marv kept in contact with us on the status of the parts ordererd. He finished the job and even said he would warranty the work should we have more problems with the window.

Marv was great to work with. I needed windows inspected and replace the ones with broken seals before the closing on my home. We were very short on time and Marv was able to get it all done within the week that I had called him. Would use him again in a heartbeat.
