Labor issues with subcontractors created work stoppages turning a 1.5 week job into a 4.5 week execution. Job labor estimate was way off, resulting in costs of 64% more than quoted. Job site cleanup was poorly done, leaving a mess for me to deal with.

Jeff and James came by and worked to install and fish cables through the wall for my projector. They worked hard and came up to some obstacles that they worked through. I would highly recommend these gentleman for handyman services. They will also do a few more projects scheduled for in the near future.

Jeff came out with one of his employees and put and attic staircase in my garage to replace a broken one. They did a great job and cleaned up all the construction debrie and picked up the staircase for me.

I had two outside faucets and shower door gasket replaced, I was informed it would take 3-4 hours at $350. It started at 9am and ended at 4pm, my day was shot, I had to cancel several appointments. The worker could not provide me with an onsite invoice, it had to be emailed to with a different price($500). The overall repairs once all parts arrived took about 2hours, I was stuck waiting on parts and additional tools the onsite worker needed. Truly I have learned a lesson....

"Homeowner was adamant about having an invoice typed to him on company letterhead as well as verification from my insurance company that I was fully insured (both General Liability & Workman's Compensation) which I was but he needed documentation. For those 2 reasons I had to drive almost 35 miles one way to type up formal presentation and go by Nationwide to retrieve documentation for him (they didn't answer phone) as it turned out they were closed for that Friday and I had to make back up measures to reassure customer that I was fully insured 'He didn't want any work to take place before he had all documents !! I told him price before work"

Jeff responded right away to my inquiry on this site, and he was able to come out the next morning, which was awesome because my roof was leaking and I needed repairs quickly! I am a DIY kinda person so he and his handyman were so kind to show me what they were doing and walked me through every step. They were careful to be sure they patched up my ceiling without getting popcorn stuff everywhere. I think they are a great team and will definitely hire them again for those tasks I can't do myself!
