Mary is extremely professional and personable. She is also very accommodating. The rental home I needed appraised is out in the Hamptons. My schedule was very limited. She was flexible and was able to accommodate my schedule by meeting me at 6:30 pm on a Friday night. Great customer service! The appraisal was also done in a timely manner and was thorough. I highly recommend.
