I don't often take the trouble to do reviews like this, but our Marygrove experience was so excellent, I felt I had to. We first "met" the company at the Providence (RI) Home Show and the salesman was just perfect... knew all about the product and showed us all the cool features... but he wasn't pushy or obnoxious like a lot of other vendors in that environment. It took us a few months to complete our construction, but when we got back in touch, he came right out, took his measurements and walked us through all the options and specs. A week or so later, two of the nicest guys showed up to install this gorgeous awning... showed my wife and I how to work the remote(!) and left our deck in pristine condition. Super nice and polite and the awning itself is just spectacular. We are the envy of the neighborhood! The communications were also great. Very buttoned-up with all the receipts and delivery notification, etc. A well-earned rave review.
