Installers were professional and friendly. Appreciated the texts and calls regarding arrival. Came back a second time to tuck away the power cord once we had an outlet installed near the awning.

Just had a new 20' x 12' awning installed. As soon as the crew left it stopped working. The lights remain ON and I cant turn OFF. The button on remote is fully depressed and does not work. Only option I have is to unplug it and use manual crank. Avoid MaryGrove electronics....spend much less and just get a manual crank from any other manufacturer.
