At first David was quick to respond to our request. He recommended a replacement part for our broken diswasher and was very personable. Unfortunately, once the part was ordered, we were rarely ever contacted by the company. After multiple calls to get an estimated installation date, we were finally given a date 2 weeks after the initial diagnosis. However, the repairman never showed and it took a call to Service Magic to get a response. Another date was scheduled 2 weeks later between 12 and 4pm but again the repairman never showed. At 6pm he left a message stating he was late and we would have to call and reschedule. We cancelled the repair.

Dave called me yesterday, gave me a set price right over the phone which was less expensive than the others, scheduled a visit for the next day which was today, I told him that I would be home by 5:30p, he immediately agreed to come by between 5:30p-6:30p. I was 5 minutes away from my home (it was 5:10pm), Dave called me on my cell , told me that he would be at my house within 10minutes. He arrived as promised. Quickly started the repair. Finished the job, tested the dryer making sure it worked right and was out of my drive way by 6:15p. Now, this is what I call a great customer service! :)

The technician arrived a little later than estimated, but he quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the solution, had the needed part on the truck, and promptly completed the repair. I will definitely call this company the next time I need an appliance repaired.

I was 1300 miles away when I needed service back home. The technician kept in contact with me and completed the repair in a timely fashion. I will definitely call him at Maryland Appliance Repair for any other repairs/projects that I have in the future.
