We perhaps negotiated too low of a price - and got what we paid for - a disinterested pool company owner who gave us partial interest and expanded the project from 8 weeks to 17 weeks; plaster that had problems the next summer with every repair service blaming this installer but the installer doing nothing to fix it; and an Angie's List bad review that was removed after we were threatened that our service would suffer - although we never received service after he grew tired of fixing issues and dealing with us. We should have known to run away as the owner was trying to enter into a different business when we spoke to him.

Going over a year now and MD Pools is STILL not done. Read the Yelp reviews, Facebook reviews and better business bureau complaints! They take payment in full and never finish the project! TONS of warranty issues as well! Run as far and as fast away as you can! Have called Bob Brucks, Bob Spero, Jim Spero - no one responds and no one cares!

It was great. I started out with another pool company and just couldn't make things work. Maryland pools came to my rescue. Everything they said would happen, did and right on time. We had very few delays and everything went smoothly. I had one contractor that was a bit of an issue (not a big one) and Maryland Pools looked after it for me, without question. I would definately recommend them to anyone. The pool looks great and we were very pleased with the whole process.
