DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY Our tenants left the house very very dirty. Their comment when I said the house was still dirty was "It was very dirty" I know that it was dirty, that was why I hired them and paid them $850 for deep cleaning and $350 to wash windows. . I am sure they surface clean houses just fine but I hired and paid for a deep clean. Windows. : They are still dirty. When I hired them, they said they had a ladder and could wash windows on the second and third floor.. Although I asked them specifically if they would also include the storm windows, they said yes. had them come back but they still did not clean them. House Cleaning: I have to hire someone else to clean. They thought the bathroom floors were clean and that two swipes of the mop would clean it. I took bleach and did a portion to show them how to clean. They did come back to do the bathroom(s) but they are a cleaning company and should know how to deep clean. The funny thing is that they said the floors were clean. Do they not know what dirt looks like?. To demonstrate that the floors and baseboards were still dirty, I took a cloth and swiped it. Dirt. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.

I am a rather fussy employer. I had a very pleasant first experience with this group of people. They were personable and obliging when I pointed out areas that had been missed. I intend to rehire them.

Paid $150 for them to wipe down 2/3 of my kitchen! I asked them to finish the job and they insisted **we are done, it is clean**. Did the rest myself.

For the amount of money that I paid the service was not what I expected. I could have done a better job. I was just short on time because I had an open house the following day and did not have time to clean myself.

I have Mary for the biweekly cleaning, pretty good for the price!

Our cleaner was very nice and friendly and I think she did a very good job cleaning our home. It was not quite as deep of a clean as I expected, things like sliding our dog crate to the side to vacuum dog hair behind it and things like that. We also paid extra to have the inside of our cabinets cleaned and that does not appear to have been done. Still, the house was much cleaner than when she left it! I just wish there was a little more attention to detail.

They did a really good job and I will definitely continue to use their services.

Rushed through the cleaning. Many areas were still dirty. First time I ever hired one to clean and was very disappointed. Language barrier a problem too.
