The gentlemans name is Don and he was very kind and on time. I had some phone issues and he actually called me back several times and made the appointment. He showed up and fixed the problem within minutes.

Plus he did not make fun of my previous attempts to handle my problem on my own. Very nice man. When he left my home after fixing my problem I had heat in my kitchen for the first time in two years. I even dried my freshly washed sneakers by the heater in the laundry room. I really value this man highly. He was just such a nice person and I will definitely recommend Mason Air Heating & Air Conditioning and Home Advisor to everyone.

I really thought I did this before. We had Don come out and install a heat pump and a ductless in our basement. Everything went well along with some custom modifications. Very professional and up front person. Highly recommended.
