Mr. Allen did a wonderful job repairing our berber carpet that had some pulled yarns. He was on time, worked efficiently, and provided friendly service. He put effort and care into his work.

They came the same day and did the job right away but wanted to charge a higher price one the work was done. My advice- make sure you pay what they quote you up front - nothing more.

"If you remember you described this as a very minimal amount of work - a area in the hallway in front on a bed room and minimal stretching in the master bed room that should only take 15 or 20 minutes. When I got to your home you showed me more work than you said to which I commented " the job is growing " You said that since you were selling the house the job only needed to be adequate. I said it would cost about 220.00. When I got into the job I discovered 2 additional rooms with wrinkles in doorways and also stretched the master bedroom walk in closet. After about two and a half hours the job was completed very good . The Lady who had been in an upstairs bed room complemented how nice everything looked. After I ask, you inspected the work which was to your satisfaction I only ask you if you would pay an additional 20.00 to which you said the check was already made out. I thanked you anyhow and left. Joseph R. I completed the job far beyond your expectation and for about 150.00 less than the job was worth. You should say thank you. My advice to a customer - " BE HONEST " Thank You, Mason Allen"

Mason's original estimate was lower than the other 2 companies I spoke with. The final cost was higher than his estimate, because there was more work needed to be done, but still lower than the other 2. He was punctual & professional.
