They worked fast. The lady who arranged the pickup was very nice and helpful. She kept me informed about their whereabouts as far as letting me know when the workers were in route and their ETA. The man and woman who came to pickup my furniture were very nice. I would recommend this company to people that are looking to get rid of â junkâ . The price to get two mattresses picked up was fair. 5/5

The flexibility of timeline was met as we had a 9 day delay from our closing until we were able to move to our new home! I highly recommend Mason Dixon. Katie called me promptly after my Home Advisors inquiry. I had to call her back once I got all my junk identified. She came on the date/time scheduled and called me when she was about 20 minutes away. She and her team worked hard and fast to get the junk together and gone. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I've already recommended them to my neighbors, and I'm sure I'll be using them again.

Katie was polite and efficient on the phone. Jeff and Mike arrived early, hustled to get the trailer meticulously packed (high and tight) and took everything I wanted taken away....and they came the same day I called!!! (Another company no showed me that morning and left me in a real bind.) Call Mason Dixon!

Left her **workers** without supervision. Did not follow instructions. Did not organize anything, did not clean up after themselves. Workers stayed at least 2 hours after I told them to leave because the owner left them. Not recommended at all!

Verbal promises of pictures 2 or three times, too dark and too late to be useful. Several big items left behind.

They were honest, and did what they said they would do. And sent me photos when job was completed as I was out of town. I would hire them again. In fact, I referred them to others

They came out without any appt and were on time. Working habits were great. Very professiinal.

It was promised to have two workers work on my yard, from morning removing leafs, only one worker showed up at 11:00am, he had no rake with him and only 10 garbage bags, his boss was supposed to be helping, but he had moving job to do. The job did not get done, I was told that they will come back the following day... no one showed up, I had to hire somebody else. Not a very reliable company.

Completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Was very satisfied.
