Basement - Remodel
Per my previous review regarding a water leak in the newly remodeled basement, Vince Mason replied to an email we sent & sent employees to look at the problem. The employee admitted it was their problem, said Vince would be calling that same day & the employee would be scheduling repairs. Hopefully they follow through with the complete repair.

We had an overall good experience with this company. they arrived on time each day, and was very professional. I would recommend this company, but I would have paid again for a whole house to be painted. However in the end, my house looked almost brand new again.

I hired this company to repair cracks, fix nail/screw holes and paint the entire interior of my home. You can now walk into any room in my house and see where spots were missed, nail/screw holes and cracks were just painted over. The cracks that were repaired were just painted over, no texture. I removed switch plates and outlet covers for the contractor and still I have electrical outlets that were painted over. I have been scraping/scratching paint off my kitchen counters, wood trim, tile floors and bath tub. I had planned on putting my house on the market but with this "paint" job, I'm almost embarrassed to show this house.

Grayson, the painter, is very particular in ensuring a quality product and service. He is very meticulous in painting the house. I would recommend Mason and Sony for a painting job.

Basement - Remodel
Contractor was rarely on the job site, left his son to do most of the work. Poor planning, didn't take accurate measurements for dry wall cuts. Quoted 1 week job took 2 weeks. Didn't clean up basement after job was complete. left trash bags, soda cans in the basement, screws and dry wall mudding all over the floor with their footprints in it. Gave lots of excuses.
