We had our asphalt driveway torn out and replaced with concrete by Rolando and his excellent crew. Unlike some other contractors, Rolando took care of all permits and required paperwork to satisfy the city of Aurora. I Hight recommend Masonry Doctors for price and workmanship. I was so happy to go with Masonry Doctors, they replaced my cracked concrete garage slab and did a beautiful polyaspartic coat on top in under a week! Will be using them for future projects and would highly recommend to anyone.

Rolando at first is straight forward and promises you the world, did a paver patio around my new pool. Lots of cuts not good and I tried to get him to come back for almost a year now. Whole patio around my pool has turned to sxxx. From far might look not bad, but up close or at dark with lights on, awful job. DO NOT USE THEM. 56k cash to Rolando and can not even get the guy to come back to fix the patio.

In 2022 we hired Rolando and his team from The Masonry Doctors to completely transform our backyard. They tore down our old, tired 30-year-old deck and replaced it with a beautiful stamped concrete patio. They also removed our old wooden fence and put up a new, modern aluminum fence. We can't say enough about Rolando and his team. They were incredibly hard-working and the quality of their work is excellent. Rolando was very responsive throughout the entire project, from the initial quote to the final inspection. He kept us updated on the progress daily and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The team was professional, courteous, and always on time. We had new front stairs and a landing replaced by Masonry Doctors. They came highly recommended by neighbors in our community. The neighbors were absolutely right on!! ROLANDO and his team were awesome. Rolando was very prompt at responding to my initial call / estimating my needs, submitting a fair and reasonable estimate and establishing a schedule for the project. Rolando Paid close attention to all detail throughout, was personally involved with his crew in every aspect of the project including obtaining the permit from the village, and working with village Inspectors, which I found out is no simple task. His crew was very professional, knowledgeable, well organized, on-time, and extremely courteous. Rolando was impeccable with his communication both in response to my calls / requests and in keeping me updated daily on progress of the entire project throughout. It simply doesnâ  t get any better. I have since had several passer-bys tell me my stairs really looked good and asked if I would mind giving them info on who did the workâ ¦which of course I happily did. Masonry Doctors is definitely my â  GO-TOâ  for any future masonry work..it should be yours.

Rolando gave me a five year warranty on my concrete project but Rolando did not honor the warranty. I had an issue with my front patio and I requested for him to come and fix it because he gave the warranty. He ignored my calls and texts to resolve the issue.

We got our patio done with them. They did a good job and were very clean. No mess left behind. Would definitely recommend them.

We had a concrete driveway and paver walkway installed. The walkway is good but , the driveway was never sealed as per the contract. We got pits in driveway and a crack also a crack in the walkway. The contractor has promised for 2 years to repair and has made excuse after excuse as to no time to do the job. We spent almost $18,000 and this is unacceptable. The work look good but, did not last past the first winter. Unreliable and have made promises and even broke 2nd contract with me to do additional work building a pavilion for us. We have spent money on this and it sits in our garage not built. We have to find second contractor to finish this work.

100% honest, solid, amazing work from this crew. Not only would they contact me and keep me updated they informed me what kind of material they would use and keep me in the loop regarding everything. Our concrete for our hot tub was completely level and guys did it without damaging our yard. Had rock and a fire pit installed as well and the effort they put in was amazing. They repurposed my old mulch to my front yard and even took out grass and replaced it within dead areas. Very professional crew would have them back in a heartbeat, also extremely reasonable.

TLDR at bottom: I had a couple of estimates for a new fence to be installed. I have 380+ ft of fence, so for a single home family home in the heart of suburbia, it is a lot. The estimates I got were very high, but with the cost of lumber up, we knew it was going to be pricey. The other issue that I had was that most companies would not come out for weeks to just give me an estimate and would not be able to start the project until the end of summer. Then I came across the Masonry Doctors. Rolando came the same day I reached out and gave me an estimate while still here. His cost was fair and affordable compared to every other company I had come by. He never once tried to upsell me or try to get me to buy things that I did not need. He explained to me the types of wood and gave me solid advice and recommendations to make an informed decision on my own. As soon as I got my HOA approval for the project, the Masonry Doctors came the very next day! On top of that, Rolando stayed in touch with me and promptly answered all my questions as I was waiting for the approval. They were able to take my old fence down and have the new one up in three days! It would have been two days if it didnâ t start raining the second day. The quality is top notch, and I am so happy with the results. Rolando even made it a point to show me the lumber before it was taken off the pallet and unwrapped to show that I was in fact getting the wood that I requested and took different planks off to show the beauty of the wood. I never knew that a fence could smell so good to boot! Having the windows open and getting the subtle scent of cedar coming into my home is extremely pleasant. I feel that the thing that sets the Masonry Doctors apart from any other company was just how approachable Rolando and his team are! I went outside a handful of times and every member of the team was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. They answered any questions that I had and even asked me to come and see the progress that they made and ensured that I was satisfied with each step of the way. The pride that the entire team took in their work was evident for the entirety of the project. They werenâ t just there for a paycheck, and it showed. I can not stress this enough: If you have an outside project that you are looking to have done and you donâ t at least reach out to the Masonry Doctors, I honestly feel that you will be missing out on a project that will exceed your expectations, is affordable, started and completed promptly, and done by a team that honestly seem that they are enjoying their work. When I found out the number of different projects that they take on, (concrete work, deck building, pergolas, playsets, to name a few), I was thrilled because the fence was just one of several different projects that I intend to have done to the outside of my home. I will use the Masonry Doctors and only the Masonry Doctors for all the projects that I have in mind for the outside of my home. I will also recommend them to anyone who mentions to me they are thinking about having work done to the outside of their home. I thank you Masonry Doctors. I will be calling you again! In fact, I was just in touch with Rolando as I type this and have them lined up to assemble a playset for me in my back yard. TLDR: Call the Masonry Doctors for any of your outdoor projects. Masonry Doctor installed a new concrete on my driveway and also installed a new brick mail box. They did an outstanding job! Rolando and his crew are friendly and courteous. They finished the job in timely manner and their price is fair. They are highly recommended!!!

I just can’t recommend them highly enough. From the initial communication, clear quote process, quickly scheduled and delivered ahead of schedule. I can't say enough good things about Masonry Doctors. Rolando and his crew did a phenomenal job at replacing my old fence. At 300 feet of decaying fence, I figured a fence replacement was going to be quite an undertaking. In the matter of two days they took the whole old fence down, hauled it away and built the entire new one. Not only did these guys do high quality work but they went above and beyond in making sure the job was done right and with quality craftsmanship. On top of that Rolando and his team are just a genuine, hardworking, good group of guys. I highly recommend them!

Rolando and his crew with masonry doctors removed an old weather back deck and installed a wonderful Unilock paver patio with sitting walls and undermount lighting. I priced the project out with multiple people and they not only had one of the bets prices but some of the best reviews. They were able to get the deck removed and the base layer completed in a single day and after base inspection were able to complete the install in another day. Rolando was very available to discuss planning and concerns and went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were happy with the final result. We would absolutely use them again and have recommended them to multiple friends and neighbors.

If I could rate him higher I would. I have a few odd jobs that I needed help with and he was willing to ask one of his employees to help me out. You don't usually get that type of customer service from any company nowadays. The patio looks great! And makes our backyard much more livable!
