Masonry, Restoration, Decorative Concrete, LLC

He always returned my calls, but sometimes didn't show up when he said he would. Didn't finish the job to my satisfaction, very sloppy work.

My husband and I were more than happy with Sivic and kept his card for future reference for both ourselves and anyone else needing his expertise

Professional approach to job. Punctual, thorough and courteous. A great value for the work performed.

very helpful and energetic

John responded very quickly to my request. He got the project done in two days from the time I sent out request till he finished the job, so I get to take my long vacation worry free. His workmanship is great. He also helped me identify the sources of the leaking and recommended the right fixes.

quick response to call, work completed in short time, and did an excellent job.

I called home advisor and they selected 3 companies that would contact me. Only 1 company did and their estimate was very high. The other 2 companies never contacted me. I then decided to look at the alternative companies that were listed after the 3 that were recommended to me. I read the reviews of the next five companies and I was sold on John! John had only 8 reviews but they were all very good! I was sold on John when I read a review from a customer who has cement work completed and the neighborhood dog walked thru it that evening. She called John and he came out and repaired it for no cost!! So I hired John to repair my outsde walls of my garage. He give me a great estimate and proceeded to work on the cement repair and stucco finished coat. He did a wonderful job! I then had him power wash my stone walls that line my driveway and then repair all cracks and add cement when needed. Again, another exceptional job and for a great price! I enjoyed watched him work with his passion for pleasing the homeowner. He was very respectful and courteous, and I must say very talented with cement and stucco work. Lastly, I asked him if he could repair a cement walkway on the side of my house. John agreed and got on it right away due to mild weather conditions. He was ingenious! What a talented guy, he turned my old cement walkway into a beautiful piece of art!! My house is an old colonial and John created that rustic look, very impressive work! I am a retired principal with a critical eye and I must say if you need cement or stucco work this is your guy! Great work ethic, down to earth guy that cares about his customers and reasonable prices!! This is a no brainer!

John is a nice guy, but poor workmanship, did no deliver on his promise, He asked for payment in ful before i saw the finished product , which was horrible. I regret having used him. I feel like i wasted a lot of money as I still need the walkway done properly. He actually left a footprint (his own) in the walkway. I am embarrassed to show my back yard after this.

John was great in he responded quickly, came out and provided estimate below what we were thinking it would be and then executed the work quickly. He even accommodated us by doing extra painting work we asked about after he completed the first part of the job. This, while took a while to get done, looks great as well!

John was very considerate, reasonable, and he did excellent work. He was very thorough in removing two large roots that had pushed up the concrete panel. His was also neat.

John Anastas, Jr. is a true professional. He has good listening skills, great insight into the customer's needs, and offers very helpful ideas to pull the project all together. The end result is fabulous! We are happy to give out his business card and would definitely hire him for any projects that come along in the future. A pleasure to deal with.

very nice guy but he wasn't as professional as he should have been

John is great, very prompt, professional and friendly. He delivered on exactly what he said he would. We will be working with him again. I would highly recommend.

After the recent snow storms, I had extensive damage from water damage. My garage floor needed to be repaired. I called home advisior, they gave me a list of contractors that could help. I called MRD and immediately the owner of the company, John made a home visit, assessed the damage and gave me a very affordable quote. What I appreciated most, is that he took the time to explain the job step by step, They began the job the next day and the work was outstanding. I would recommend MRD to anyone who needs concrete repair

Excellent job done on a concrete step repair!

John was great, and he followed up with everything he said he would do. Even when a loose dog walked across the still wet concrete he came back and repaired the damage no questions asked.
