I couldn't believe the customer service I received. It was amazing. Mason responded immediately. Changed out 4 locks and keys for me. He did have to return, but nothing due to his part. He just helped make the door lock work more smoothly (problem was due to the design of the door.) He knew immediately what needed to happen. I will continue to call on Morgan. You don't find this kind of customer service anymore in any business. Nor do you find a very personable owner willing to do all and anything to make your experience special. Very knowledgeable in his work. Keep up the good work, Mason. I truly appreciate you. Diana

Mason is an excellent locksmith. He helped me so much when my garage door jammed and we no way to enter the house other than to "break-in" through a sliding glass door. He knows locksmithing and is very the customer-focused. His prices are fair and very reasonable, and he stands by his work. Highly recommend.

My pets were locked in my house! He showed up quickly, was kind the entire time and funny, the job was quick and my furbabies are safe! I said "if I need a heist I know who to call." He replied with a laugh "nah I enjoy my freedom." Lol He is a good guy! Would strongly recommend!
