"Masons Studio strives for complete customer satisfaction. After sealing the grout, I was scheduled to return the following Saturday for detailing. When I arrived, the customer was not there. After waiting 1/2 hour, I noticed the customer had sent an email that morning (1-1/4 hrs before I was scheduled to arrive) cancelling the work stating "[he had] taken care of it." In addition, this customer had over-paid for the services & Masons Studio notified him of the discrepancy & mailed him the difference. Contractors can only be as good as the customer allows them to be. I regret I was not given the opportunity to finish the work I started."
"As the sole proprietor of Masons Studio, I do regret this customer was not satisfied with the services I provided. After restoring the tile and grout to pristine condition, it became obvious how neglected the customer's appliances were. In addition to the work I had already performed, I offered to clean the customer's appliances for her. The customer refused & attempted to bully me into replacing all of the appliance through my business insurance. Unfortunately, this was a situation where the customer had no intentions of paying. I am currently going through civil court to obtain payment for the services I rendered."
"This customer rents out a townhouse which she owns. When the tenants vacated the home, the bathrooms were in terrible condition. As a specialist in all phases of tile installation & maintenance, it was my pleasure to work with this customer. In addition to cleaning & sealing the tile, I also cleaned the shower surround, the vanities, & the fixtures to mint condition. Helping customers & leaving them completely satisfied is Masons Studio's main objective. I was very happy to provide the work she needed."
