Appliance Repair: He was great! He had a long day and came at 6 PM to fix the dishwasher and later fixed the dryer too.

Mark was not only very knowledgeable but very responsive & good with communication, & very fair with the price for the 2 diff. appliances. Plus when an unusual complication/problem arose after his repair he quickly returned & it was not his responsibility, but a problem with the GFI breaker which he corrected & =pointed out how we could deal with it. I definitely would hire him again & highly recommend him to my friends. John C

Fantastic service. Contacted Mark in the morning and the repair was finished by mid-afternoon! His work was thorough and our washing machine is working again!

Mark was awesome. Came out right away in November and swapped out the heating element for our dryer. A few months later, something wasn't working right, we called them and they came in the next day, analyzed the situation and figured out it was a defective part and he changed it out no charge. Mike from Mass Appliance came out the sane day, he diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it very quickly. very reasonable pricing, and quick reliable service definitely would call again left everything perfect!!

Mark was great! He called within an hour of my putting in a request on Home Advisor, and came to the house within 2 hours. He fixed the dishwasher within a half hour and charged exactly what he quoted. He will definitely be the one I call for any future appliance repairs. Have passed his card to several friends as well.

Mark called me right away and came at the scheduled time. He did a thorough job of inspecting and explaining the problem. He left a few items on the floor for me to clean up, but that is no big deal.

Mark was amazing!!! We hired him to fix our washing machine. He answered right away, knew what was wrong just by my description and was at my door within a few hours. Prompt service and completed in a reasonable amount of time

We hired Mark to come fix our dryer and he was excellent! He knew exactly what the problem was and got it fixed quickly. He also gave us some advice on our other appliances, if we should bother fixing them, and what brands to buy. He did all this for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call him again!

Mark of Mass Appliance repair responded to my inquiry to repair a Samsung Clothes dryer 10 mins after I contacted Home Advisor. He was at our house within one half hour. He had the parts onboard his truck and repaired the dryer all in less than an hour Amazing !!!! Outstanding .
