Steve is such a great guy!! Our office needed help with repair, I called and he showed up on time! He checked out the issues, went to get supplies and addressed them immediately. We have used his service for 2 years now. Always reliable and professional! I can’t recommend enough!

We had a great experience working with Steve from Mass HVAC Pros. He was super responsive from the start, offered a fair and reasonable price, and was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Steve installed a duct to vent our microwave exhaust outside, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. He was extremely respectful of our home and made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job was done. We’re very happy with the results and will absolutely be using him again for future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

Mass HVAC Pros truly cares about the customer. Last winter, Steve took care of a 10+ year old issue at my mother’s house with our hydro-air heating unit. Having had numerous other HVAC companies come in over the years to try to fix it, nobody could figure it out. Steve had the unit fixed within an hour, and we no longer wake up cold during the winter! I absolutely recommend Steve and his team to anyone looking for quality HVAC work.

The company is extremely professional and fast. My furnace just recently let go and Steve and his crew immediately came out. They assessed it ordered the new furnace and installed it right away. They had to install all new pipe and wiring for the furnace. It was a very clean and fast job and I'm really grateful for they're professionalism. I have 3 high school kids wife and a dog who all needed heat and hot water. So thank you
