Mass Lock arrived right on time and the rep was professional and very helpful. He didn't have the type of lock I wanted on his truck, but he got it from the distributor and returned the same day to install. Very accommodating! Before leaving he made sure all the keys worked and that I was satisfied with his cleanup.

The only reason I gave them a 4 on quality is because one of the keys (mailbox) sticks in the keyhole and takes a few minutes to remove. Other then that they were exactly on time. Down the road, I will need more locks replaced and will definitely us Mass Lock.

I wanted extra keys and was never told they would cost me 35 each. This is a standard lock and was in shock to know i owed 35 for each key and had 8 made! I flet they took advantage of me! 35 per key is high and i skould h e been told!
