Excellent work and clean up too!

James and his crew did the following work for me: Completely removed 2 previous roofs on a large 3 story gambrel style roof. Repaired necessary underlying wood Pointed 3 chimneys and installed a chimney cap Flashed the chimneys and replaced all venting Installed a ridge vent James and his crew did an outstanding job. James is a great guy. Very conscientious, a very good communicator, professional and did the work in March. He was at my home every morning just after 7 am and worked until dusk. He explained every step of the way. I recommend James and Mass Roofing.

James did a great job of identifying the problem and ensuring that the blown shingles were replaced and also checked out nearby shingles and fixed the ones that were loose. Overall I was very satisfied with his customer service, knowledge and responsiveness. I would recommend him.

The job was done very well. James explained all the details and was very responsive. The only small issue I had was that he decided to do the whole roof by himself (i.e. without a crew), and it took him two days instead of one. I have a small child, so her day naps were disturbed for two days instead of one.
