The company was irresponsible, lied about delivery time and the parts for the job was incorrect and 4 weeks after a deposit was paid the job is still not done.

The labor charge was $300 for just 1 hour of effort. The schedule to come back and install parts was moved 3 times. What an inconvenience. One reschedule was due parts not arriving on time, second wrong parts were received and parts had to ordered again the next reschedule was due to parts not put on the truck for the days work.

They were able to come out the day after I called. They were on time and completed the installation in less time than estimated and for the estimated price. The men were friendly and courteous and explained options.

Should have had multiple quotes, price seemed high.

It was emergency call , could not open my door. Paid too much for springs, oh well the repair person was at my house 8 am sharp and was done in one hour. Since my door would not open I had no leverage in negotiating the fee . Paid $ 600.00 Maybe $200.00 too much

The gentleman servicing my garage door worked with me and gave me a quote which included labor fees which is directly I wanted and will contact them to finish my job when I have the funds per our agreement. I was not pressured or intimidated by the gentleman who came to do the job. Excellent service !!!

Your service man was prompt and professional when he came out to look at the garage door repair job and again when the work was actually done. Your team was able to service my door at the date and time I requested and had completed the job in an hour! I had been without the use of my garage door for almost a year, so to have the work done so quickly, so professionally and at auch a reasonable price, was just wonderful. They were prompt and knowledgeable about what would be required to repair the door. They were not the lowest bid but were willing to lower the price to be more competitive. The work was done quickly and I didn't have to risk bodily injury, or hassle with doing the work myself. I wanted it done and Garage Door Pros got it done fast.

They came in with the highest bid for the job. Over double what I was quoted by 2 other garage door replacements. When I showed him the bids he called his boss and they gave me bid that was must about the same as the other 2. But that was 3 weeks ago!! the other 2 said that it would take 5 to 8 working days before they got the door to replace . They took a $100 deposit but I haven't heard anything from them.

Needed a garage door opener and rails installed and Garage Door Pros did a great job. The price was good, they showed up exactly on time and even threw in some new suppplies to make sure the job was done right. Very pleased!
