Massella Electric

This guy is such a joke i had to renew my review. We have now had to completely redo an entire house because of his lack of knowledge. The building inspector took Massella's information down to let other inspectors know. From the beginning Aaron was difficult to talk to. His narcissism was astounding. His customer service was non existent. It was like he was doing us a favor. Aaron and his crew cut every corner possible. Their work cost me and my company thousands of dollars to fix. This was the case on multiple houses. He failed to hook up one entire side of a house. I have been in this industry for more than 30 years and have never seen such poor workmanship, insane sense of self worth and condescension. STAY away and hire an electrician with morals, skills and scruples.

Professional employees did the job quickly and efficiently would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an electrician.

I was looking for a electrician to put in a dedicated circuit for a microwave. The electrician gave me the estimate and didn't try to get to buy something else. They showed up on time and the work was done in the time frame they gave me. They did some extra work on there own.

First, Aaron is an outstanding electrician (this coming from an electrical engineer with 30+ years' experience), and his enthusiasm for his work is apparent within the first five minutes of meeting him. But what really sets Aaron apart from a sea of "good enough" electricians is his obvious desire to ensure his customers' expectations are understood - AND satisfied. James - one of Aaron's employees - demonstrates the same level of commitment to ethics, quality, and detail: there is an obvious culture of "Do the job right the first time" at Massella Electric. Aaron and James replaced a main electrical panel and service entrance at my home, which is wood-sided. They took very good care of my property, and went out of their way to avoid making modifications/cuts to my wall (when a lot of others would probably have just "cut a bigger hole" to save themselves time). I will trust Massella Electric with any electrical work needed in the future, and strongly urge you to consider them for your next job.

Everything went really smooth and quick - no problems. Arrived early and worked hard. Very polite. There was a little confusion about details because they hadn t seen the house, but it all went fine. I will use them again and feel like I got lucky finding them. Julie Preece

He did a great job doing our elect. panel upgrade. He quoted us a price and stuck to it.

Aaron is a class act and very professional. He was so easy to work with. His quote was fair and blew the competition out of the water. Nobody came close to matching him and he stands behind his work offering a fixed rate for installation of 3 ceiling fans. Most electricians charge all kinds of fees just to show up and then they take their time on an hourly. Aaron scheduled an appointment at a convenient time for my wife. He was on time and finished expeditiously allowing her to go on with her day. The fans work great and I will be using Aaron from now on for any of my electrical needs outside of warranty work.
