Hired them, but when they showed up, their equipment did not work. I can forgive that, but they just left. I did not call or anything. I had cut my errands short to hurry back to pay them, and was not please to find no work done and their manager had no idea what was going on. I was originally told they were coming back, then told they would be back the following day. After telling them more than once that I had 2 crews coming the next day and it was not possible for them to spray, I was told that was my only option! No, sorry, my other option was to use the company that was $400 cheaper and would be out the following week. I definitely would not recommend it!

The insulation was incomplete and the lower level should have been insulted not the upper level and some sections were not insulated at all.

I recommend Massey to anyone needing attic insulation or addition to existing insulation. I now have the best insulated attic on my block.

I was charged for work that was never done. The company even sent pictures to prove it was done, however, the pictures were from a small section that was finished. When we confronted them about it they sent someone to finish the job. The new workers put new insulation over the old insulation. The quote was to take out the old, damaged insulation and replace it. To date I have not heard from the company, the job is not right and my money is gone. Very unreliable and unprofessional. I was scammed.
