After using another company that was never able to find the problem, I called Mike. He is very professional and punctual. He found the problem wish it was not easy because it's an old house. He finished the job sooner than I was told and charge me less than I was told. So I definitely recommend him and his company.

I called Michael at 6am and he called back at 7am. Said he could be at my home at 10:30. Showed up promptly at 10:30am. quickly determined my line to the main sewer was blocked and went to work clearing it. Was neat, courteous and fast. Also fixed the toilet flange that was not fitting properly. Price as well in line for the job and not unexpected. I will use/recommend Massey Plumbing again. His partner Todd is also excellent.

When I called Mike this morning, it was after I had read the reviews on this site. My water heater died and I called Massey Plumbing and even though hew was booked, he made time for me. He showed me what was wrong with the old one, took it out and in a short time had a new one in place. He didn't even mind me hanging around watching and asking questions. No doubt in my mind that I will be calling him again when I need plumbing services. Don't waste your time on looking for other plumbers. I doubt you will find one who's as honest, dependable, professional and won't rob you blind! Thanks again Mike!

Mike Massey is a true professional - prompt, courteous, honest, dependable and has a very pleasant personality. He has integrity and came back the next day, as promised, to complete a task. He repaired a leaky sink, changed the pipes on that sink, repaired several other faucets' springs and changed our washing machine hoses. His price was reasonable, and will call him again if any other plumbing problems occur.

Mr. Massey is a very personable and professional individual. It's great to go with a locally owned company where you get the owner and boss at your doorstep to get the job done! He was very straightforward, honest, and courteous with informing us about upfront cost/quote. Would recommend to anyone in the Tampa Bay area!

Mr. Massey was prompt in returning my call and in scheduling an appointment the same day. I had need of a water line run to my newly installed dishwasher, in an older mobile home. Mr. Massey did a great job, even put on a new shower head for me that I hadn't scheduled. His rate for this installed new water line was very fair. I'm remodeling my kitchen and bath soon and will be calling him back to do all my plumbing needs. I'm quite satisfied with his work. Michael Massey is a very nice gentleman and a very good, hard working plumber who does little extra's to make sure everything is right.

had leak under kitchen sink. replaced 2 valves under sink. Rebuilt toilet in guest bathroom. Also had main water shutoff in house replaced with new shutoff handle. Prompt service and would recommend him to our neighbors and friends.
