Quick, efficient, thorough, professional

Thought it was a a good job, other than not sealing everything. Then found out he used no more than 50 dollars in materials and charged 400 for the job. So 350 dollars for two guys here less than 2 hours..... everything he used you can buy at any hardware store. He even confirmed what he used which was a 22 dollar sealer. Used cold patch for leveling how that still has not dried, he said it would because he put heat to it. I have contacted him he said we did a good job and were fair. He said I did not charge for fuel/transportation. Not one contractor for numerous jobs charged any of that! He knew where it was and chose to come to estimate. Next he says your 400 dollar job was not really worth coming and doing honestly but we gave you a good job..... he accepted the job!!!! He said the bill was broke down in to 150 for material, yet cannot produce a receipt for it and he agreed I have the message that the 22 dollar stuff was the same he used! Also Cold Patch is not that expensive! So Labor he says was 100 then 150 for job. What does that mean? 150 to take the job? I have asked him for a refund of partial of the money he has not agreed. So I will be filing in small claims court and reporting him to every agency that governs him. He also has two different names for the company. I even checked with Angi prior to hiring him and they said they back all their people, well they better not this one I am calling tomorrow...... so actually 50 dollars in supplies and 350 labor. Found out I could of had the paid areas patch better and the asphalt sprayed on for way less! Beware do NOT use this guy..... I have photos and text messages to back up what I said.... other contractors said lousy job, you could of done this...... so save your money

Kevin kept me informed of their progress, they did an outstanding job filling in all the cracks and applying an extra thick coat of the sealer. The driveway looks the best it has in years! When itâ s time for another application, I will call Massieâ s again.
