William, the owner, is the perfect person for this type of service. He's patient with questions, explains himself clearly, and is thorough in his inspection. He opened my eyes to issues I would never have noticed and laid my mind to rest about things I was worried about that turned out to be no big deal. I hired Master Inspection Services for an urgent request and they came out the same week. William was great! He showed up on time and did a very thorough inspection. He took the time out to explain what exactly he was looking for and gave me tips on home maintenance. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process and answered every question I had (and I had a lot of them...). It was an overall great experience and I would definitely recommend him with no hesitation. My inspection report was completed in less than 24 hours!!! Master Inspection Services is a little bit on the pricey side but they are the true meaning of you get what you pay for. Great customer service and quality work. It's not easy to find good and honest service providers in this modern day but William is old school and cares about providing quality service.
