They finished ahead of schedule and were very friendly. They also created a rendering early on in the process to help visualize the final product.

Early on he had excellent service, but he didn't install the fence proper and he wont come back to fix it. (will change the review if he fixes it)

I received quotes from several landscaper/hardscapers for my house project that involved installation of pavers for the driveway and walkway. Additionally, I wanted to install a retaining wall with steps leading from my wallkway to the driveway, and installation of new sod. I ended up going with Masstone, because the price was on par. Also Renato was very professional and all the great reviews he received as well as detailed proposal. He walked me through my options as well as provided me some ideas, which helped me go back and draft my landscape design, which was quite intricate. Overall, Masstone did a fantastic job, and had everyone in the neighborhood raving about how fantastic the project turned out. His crew showed up everyday and on-time. They were also polite, kept a clean work area at the end of the day, skillful and detail orientated. I had quickly made a change to the walkway, and they reacted quickly to give me exactly what I wanted without any complaints. I look forward to doing other projects with Masstone in the future, as well as referring them to my family and friends. Mass Stone was just fantastic. They stepped in when another company I was working with wasn't working out. We wanted to expand our existing patio and were able to get in within just a few days - which was great considering we were already delayed working with the other company. The work they did was beautiful and when I wasn't sure what to do, they had a million options and worked with me to make it just right. The team was polite and careful and so helpful. They finished the job in 2 days and we couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend.

I needed to replace a long paved walkway with steps. I obtained quotes from three vendors. . I chose Mass Stone because of Renato's thoughtfulness in trying to solve my problems with the steps, his timely response and his clear, comprehensive project quote Previous installations hadn't lasted well and were awkward to climb. He showed me just why they hadn't lasted and what he would do differently. He also took careful measurements and spent more than an hour to create a whole new 'stepping plan' that would make the steps more comfortable to maneuver. The other vendors just measured length and width and offered no suggestions or changes in anything except the stone to be used. Mass Stone gave a warranty of 10 years and lifetime on materials. The other two vendors offered a warranty only after being asked and one for for 3 years and the other for 5. Mass Stone also offered more color choices. The project went wonderfully. I was able to be scheduled almost right away. The crew put in long, hard days and did a superb job. The job took 7.5 days to complete because of the steep grade and length of the walkway. The worked from 7 am to 6 pm, weather permitting and even on Saturday. They took pride in their work and very much wanted to be sure I was happy with it. When I had questions or concerns, Renato promptly clarified. Moving large blocks of granite up the steep slope to my house was hard on the crew and my garden. Once the stone work was done they also spread good loam on my garden and crushed stone on my drive - which was not expected. They left my drive and garden in better shape than when they had arrived. I highly recommend Mass Stone.

These guys are reliable, affordable, and do phenomenal work. They fixed/rebuilt a large retaining wall on our "elderly" property. The work included shrub removal, stone removal, ground leveling, grass seed, etc. The three gentlemen who worked on our site were quiet, friendly, and clean. They kept their tools organized and were completely not disruptive of our daily life. They finished earlier than they said they would and our neighbors were literally coming out of their houses to complement them on how nice our property looks. I would recommend Mass Stone to everyone. We are already planning to use them again in the future!

If you are doing any brick or stone work, either to your house or on your property, use Renato and his crew. They are wonderful people, consummate craftsmen, thoroughly professional. We cannot wait to have them back for our next project. Highly recommend!

We had stone siding installed around our garage and foundation.Pavers were put in for our walkway. Renato and his crew did a fine job. Start and end time was very prompt. Professional people.

I had already made arrangements to have my walls rebuilt, but he just kept moving our start date out, wanted money upfront and finally just ceased all communications. I ended up on home advisor trying to find a replacement. Filled out the form and Ronaldo from Mass Stone got back to me within 20 minutes. We set up a meeting for later that day. He showed up on time, gave me quote (based on materials and time, not just sq ft as most) right then (better $ than our previous) and said he would start tomorrow if we wanted him to. Next day he and the crew showed up at 0800, we signed an agreement (something I really like) and they started tearing out the old walls. It took 5 weeks to finish my project as I liked what they were doing and had him redo my front steps and walkway. The crew was very polite, were open to small changes and just overall did a great job. Right down to washing the driveway before they left. First time I had absolutely no issues with a contractor or his work. I would definitely hire them again.

I found Masstone via Home Advisor. Upon meeting Renato, we knew he was the one for our project! It involved over 300 feet of stone walls (4 feet high), plus a paver patio and walk, along with a custom fire pit, and sod installation. He and his crew were professional, and they were able to complete this large job in 5 weeks, quality along with quickness! They are true craftsman in all components of the work, and very flexible as the project evolved and changed to meet our needs! We highly recommend Renato and his team. Hardworking, professional and a reliable company.

Great experience with Renato and his crew, they've done a great job in replacing my rotten wood retaining walls with beautiful stone walls. Crew are very polite and easy to work with although they didn't speak English very well, anyway they understood my requests.I'll hire him again next year./
