First off Culligan is a name synonymous with water treatment. That being said using them for our water treatment needs was a definite. The sales rep Dan that came out was great, I let him know that I was unfamiliar with water treatment systems and he took the time to explain everything about the system and show me each piece of equipment. Dan also didn't oversell me products and equipment that I didn't need as we will be getting city water in the next few months. He did explain my water was unsafe to drink and we needed an under sink Reverse Osmosis system. They then sent out the service tech Nick to do the installation and he was great also. He worked very neatly and cleaned up everything and took the trash with him. These two gentlemen were not only very professional but, also very respectful of our home, taking their shoes off before entering without even being asked. In speaking with Dan I found out that this company is family owned and that their employees have all been there for extended periods of time which speaks volumes for both the owners and it's employees as there is little turnover in its staff. We HIGHLY recommend Mast Family Culligan for any and all your water treatment needs. We will definitely be calling them back in the coming months.

Bill was extremely knowledgeable and helped us to get a better understanding of our system. He was very respectful and trustworthy. As a veteran integrity goes a long way and I would highly recommend Culligans services especially if their employees are like Bill.

Didn’t ask for a dime until after the unit was installed.

Absolutely unprofessional and horrible service. Does not show up for appointments. Prepaid contract valid for the next few months is totally ignored. High pressure sales tactics. Not sure if they even show up when they say they showed up, i.e. no phone call no note left no knock on the door. Sent an unsolicited cancellation notice out of the blue when contract was still in effect. Do not use.

Good explanation of this apparatus and what services to expect in the future. System installed the following day. Technician polite.
