They actually saved me a LOT of money by doing something else than what another company recommended. It was just as effective. They also called me to let me know that something else was leaking (not related to the electrical work), which I appreciated.

We are very pleased with Masters Generator and Electrical Service from the booking of our appointment with Ms. La Tericee, who helped me figure out what I needed to the replacement of several outside lights and installation of a new security light. The installations were quick. Wayne our technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He noticed an important issue with wiring to and from our spa that was unsafe and should be taken care of for safety reasons. Very happy that he was not just an order taker but noticed something that was not safe and mentioned it. Needles to say we arranged to have it corrected. Wayne showed up early the very next day completed the necessary repairs in a timely manner. We had a small issue with the security light that was installed we notified Masters Generator and Electrical Service right away they had no problem sending someone out to adjust it no questions asked or additional cost to us. Aaron came out and made the adjustment and stated to please call him back if it was not correct. I appreciate his pleasant professional demeanor. Going forward this is my go-to company for all electrical services.
