He did a great job with the diagnosis and actually fixing the problem. It had a F4E8 error code and it is a Maytag. I had hired Earnest appliance prior to hiring Master appliance LLC and been totally ripped off by them, so do not use Earnest appliance's!!!
I gave Master appliance's a four out of five for 2 reasons. 1) I waited several hours the first time they were scheduled and they had to reschedule for the next day 2) They asked for payment before they got started. After payment they showed me the issue and asked me to pay for the part before they would continue to fix it. I have a small business as well, so I understand that part. However, when they returned, they asked for payment before the project was completed. I would have given them a five, had they made sure that the issue was resolved before they asked for payment. Please understand that I had explained about my prior experience with Earnest appliances. They did give me a sample of cascade, which was nice!
