Pat was very professional and very willing to spend time explaining every step of my home inspection. He took Time at the end to go over my preliminary inspection with me. I truly felt like I was his only appointment for the day and felt like he would give me whatever time I needed an answer any questions I had he was wonderful

"Over the last couple of months we have been updating systems to more effectively serve our customers. This report was not a thorough as others due to software issues that we were unaware of until later. As for the report summary that would not have changed but many of our maintenance tips, disclosures and photo journal (which shows our thoroughness) were not present. For this we are sorry."
