No service call fee fixed the problem left business card gave warranty on parts was not really fond of giving my credit card info but did and was charged what was agreed on excellent customer service highly recommend and if need will definitely call again.

Master Chief was here the very next day with all of the equipment and tools that were needed for the job. I had the entire unit, Heat and fan, plus a 4 ton air conditioning installed. The old unit was removed from the house. Jesus worked very late to make sure that the units were completed in one day at no interruption for us. I feel that a lot of compassion played in this since we were without air condition for 2 months. Two other companies wanted to just repair what we had and we spent money on that until we found Master Chief. Thank you for the expert company.
