Great three person team but they did miss a few things

Very professional, was on time and didn't get upset when she wasn't able to initially enter due to lockbox issue. Very thorough job, rated 4 stars on quality because we felt she could have vacuum better. Big house so overall we were very satisfied and gave a little extra.

I was charged $225 to clean up after construction work. I thought this price wasn't bad because she was doing windows, patio and the garage with the interior cleaning of the house. I was assured that it would be a thorough clean up but I noticed a lot of dust and saw dust left in the cabinets and blinds and cob webs left on the patio. Also, my window screens were bent and not put on correctly which I was not told until I found it myself.I ended up cleaning after and fixing the window screens. If you want if done right, do it yourself.

Horrible Disrespectful damaged my home dirty.

I was told by her that a thorough cleaning would be done as I have put the house up for sale. She told me that they would do a thorough cleaning in all rooms. First, they were two hours late. The windows were not professionally cleaned. One bathroom was done. In the second one, they didn't touch the shower, floor was dirty. Walls were not wiped down in ANY room. And kitchen wasn't done. She left saying she had a family emergency and would be back. The left behind a few broken items without saying a word about them. I just got a message at work that she would like to come back!

They cean like I do! Very hard to find! Excellent job and wonderful Women. Especially Becky! I am keeping their service for the future! The money was under what they should have asked for what they do! I felt safe and secure having them in my home with my habdicapped husband and 3 kids (dogs).

They were not as good as promised, they missed a lot of areas while cleaning, and kind of rush through the job.

They did not clean up after themselves. There was fine dust all over my kitchen counter, sink, and floor. They also left a fine layer of gritty dust on my living room sofa. I noticed when the sun came through my bedroom window this morning that it was full of streaks. They also forgot to clean my leaded glass front door. I caught that before they left. Moreover, the proprietor gossiped about her other clients, Telling me how one of her client's house smelled, how another was so drove her crazy because she was so demanding. This is not someone that I would have back in my home.

These ladies were quick but thorough very professional and polite. When they were done our home was cleaner than it had ever been. I will definitely use them in the future.
