Trying to get a home ready for the market is such a chore. I'd much rather be in a buyer's shoes where I could make demands rather than anticipate needs so that a decent offer is made and inspections done. We've had Mark out on several occasions and stopped receiving multiple quotes because he's efficient, communicative and probably the most fair businessman we've come across in the area. Mark(and his assistant) came in my home as a plumbers and left as friends. Not only did Mark repair what had been "repaired" twice before but he took the time to fix something that would have otherwise cost me another service call. I KNOW it was done correct this time because he involved me in every step! He is a dying breed! He KNOWS what he's doing! Prompt, thorough, takes pride in his work, goes the extra mile, reasonable and extremely knowledgeable! Every other plumber I spoke with wanted to replace my whole shower handles and head. They didn't know how to work on the one I have. Mark didn't have a problem, had the parts on the truck! I KNOW who I'll be calling next time I need anything done to my home. Mark is the truth - let me tell you!!! This man went way above the call. He was on time, took his time to do the work and made sure I was satisfied. This is what REAL customer service is all about. This man set the bar up high. He is the best by far. If you have ANY plumbing needs call MARK. However; don't make him too busy - if I need him for any other work I want him to be available for me. LOL! I would definitely recommend!

After research and looking at other plumbing contractors reviews, I choose Master Construction Services and spoke to Mark. No he is not on TV or no, you havent seen a billboard but his reviews were outstanding. Absolutely, no negatives which I find very positive. Mark actually called him before I had a chance to call him. Great customer service. He was very nice and we decided on a time for him to complete the work. Mark was on time and very professional. During the evening, we had another issue with an additional bathroom. So Mark fixed each toilet and replaced a shower fixture. Mark was through and very quick with the projects. Mark showed me the issues and made his recommendations. I am highly satisfied with his work. Best of all, I now have a plumber.

Pipe leak - Correctly diagnosed where the leak was coming from and fixed the leak. Re-piped with new piping which is working great.
