Excellent work . Roof was replaced in 3 days. In addition, the crew was working extremely hard , taking a few breaks only, during a long and hot working day. Still , in the end of the day all debris from the roof was picked it up with the smallest details. The office employees were pleasure to work with as well . .

Work was performed in a timely manner. Workers were very professional in their jobs. Would highly recommend them to others.

Master contractors did an excellent job replacing my roof. They also came back to repair a portion of the roof that needed additional attention. All in all Iâ m very happy with their professionalism and performance. Kudos to the roofing team which happened to complete an entire roof, tearing it down and applying the shingles all in one day it was absolutely amazing watching these guys work together.

Over all it was a very good experience, I had no complaints Iam very satisfied with the work that was done .

They were a pleasure to work with. With me being a woman doing this alone I didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of. I felt secure in dealing with Bryan and Alex they took very good care of my home. Excellent work performed by Juan. He came and looked at my leaking roof in the rain and returned the very next morning( sunny) and completed the job within 4 hours just before a terrestrial rain. Being a retired electrician... I can admire the work of another craftsman...Juan is a very good mechanic. Highly recommend him.., good work at a fair price.

The roofing crew from Mater Contractors are very professional . I had my entire roof replaced and a flat roof. In a matter of a few days, the roof was stripped, replaced all rotten wood, and dried in and inspected. A smaller crew came out after the inspection and installed the shingles. I like the fact they use GAF Timberline HD Shingles that are Miami Dade approved. When everything was done, the clean up was very good. I would highly recommend Master Contractors to anyone thinking of replacing their roof.

These guys are awesome! They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, honest, trustworthy and work like a well oiled machine. The steps they took to protect my property before work started and the clean-up upon completion were beyond my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.

Contacted this company about a leak in the roof. They recommended a roof replacement. I went with their recommendation but was annoyed because it took them several months to install the roof (finally finished one day before Irma hit). Although they put on a whole new roof, it leaked in the exact same spot. They came out to fix it after the storm, but it still leaked. I contacted them repeatedly about the continuing leak, but they never came back again. I had to hire another company to repair the leak. VERY POOR WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Would not recommend My 30% payment with Bryan Turner (Master Contractors Inc) November 6, 2017 locked a November 30th start date for a 12 to 14-day job (45 squares). Actual worked started December 4 with a huge crew. The demo, drip edge and felt went up in 4 days. So far, so good. There was a 6-day delay in loading the polystick on the roof, but it was installed December 12. Bryan Turner collected another 30% after dry-in per the contract. Bryan said there was a shortage of tiles and couldn’t give me a date for delivery. I called the factory and they had the tiles and Eave Closure/Bird Stop in stock and available. It wasn’t delivered and loaded onto the roof until Friday 22 December. He showed up that day to collect another 30% per the contract. Now they had 90% of the total cost of the job and I had a pile of tiles on the roof. Installation didn’t begin until December 26th. They worked two days and it was not a good job. They cut through existing tiles already laid. They cut through the polystick. The foreman was not around and when the foreman showed them how to do it correctly they went back to the old way as soon as he left. After two days of work, they said that they didn’t have enough Eave Closure/Bird Stop and ridge tiles to finish. Odd because there was plenty of drip edge December 4th and the Eave Closure/Bird Stop was almost the same amount. But they never were around for any delivery to count or inspect. Time passed with no calls about status updates even after the “extra” ridge tile and materials were delivered in the middle of my driveway blocking it. After daily calls, they finally showed up January 11 to start again. I am 61. The roof is 6:12 pitch. I had to inspect every square inch to observe broken tiles, tiles cut with the concrete saw, polystick cut with the saw. I called the foreman to come back and fix it or I called Bryan. I noticed there wasn’t any glue machine around will they fixed the problems I found. Sure enough, they hadn’t glued the tiles in place. I had no idea how much of the roof was not installed correctly. When they through away the broken and extra tiles to clean up at the end, most of the ones I waited weeks for were still on the pallets and all thrown away. They “finished” January 15 and removed the extra and scrap roof tiles. Once again, I inspected and found a few dozen broken tiles. They came to fix it January 18 with no foreman. Again I noticed there wasn’t any glue machine around will they fixed the problems I found. Sure enough, they hadn’t glued the tiles in place. Bryan Turner is a nice guy and has been in business over 18 years. He is a certified roofing contractor. While he was apologetic and offered to extend the warranty two years, I remain worried that the roof will not last as long as it should.
