What more can I say? Bill contacted me almost immediately. He set an appointment and was on time. He offered a fair estimate. He completed the work in record time and it was absolutely beautiful. When he discovered that the estimate was a little short, he only asked for a small acceptable increase in price. I would give him my highest possible recommendation!

They did an excellent job.

Bill responded quickly to my request for a replacement of our two level deck and pergola that was over 35 years old. I wanted basically the same look but they had a few great ideas to make things easier for me in my old age. Like widening the steps and adding a third step so it was not as steep. Bo and his crew were very clean and careful with the demolition and construction and brought things that were needed up to code. I would definitely hire them again for future projects and would recommend them too!

Our tree fell, damaging our deck, aluminum siding, roof, and gutter. After getting several estimates, we chose Master Deck Builders because they could fix all of the above at a reasonable price.It was the best choice we could have made! They were professional, prompt, courteous and most importantly highly skilled. The finished job has exceeded our expectations. We had our deck replaced by Master Deck Builders Cleveland. Our wooden deck was failing and becoming unsafe, and we needed it replaced as soon as possible. Bill was quick to respond to our request for a quote and was able to get us on the schedule for a new deck for the very next week. The tear down of our old deck, construction of the new deck, including last minute design adjustments, and clean up went very smoothly. Bill, Brian, and Tim were a pleasure to work with, kept us informed throughout the entire project and did a fantastic job.
