I contracted John to replace both electrical boxes at my home that was built in 1974 and had never been upgraded. I couldn't have asked for better people than John and Chris. One box was on the outside of my house and the second box was inside my very cramped kitchen pantry. They couldn't use the old wiring path so they had to run the replacement wire through the attic instead. A very low attic. It rained half way through the job and John had to worked outside and got soaked. They conferred with Victor at Florida Cooling Experts the same day since they will be replacing the old furnace and AC unit. I would recommend Master Electric to anyone who needs an electrician. Their price was within my budget and the equipment was top of the line. A big thank you to Master Electric.

I hired Master Electric to install a generator in August. It took nearly 6 months, and it is wired incorrectly. John allowed his son to do the wiring. Now he will not make good on his contract. After squabbling with the permit office in Gainesville, John had difficulty getting permits. I don't know if his work was ever inspected. I feel like I have been defrauded. I'm going to hire a lawyer to see what can be done.

Very timely within the rime they gave, efficient, courteous and LISTENS to what I was explaining of the problem. Would hire again for certain.

John did a great Job! He came out quickly and when we needed it. He worked in the rain to help us. He did a great job! Will rehire for other jobs.

I had a tenant leave leave behind a lot of his unwanted "stuff" and garbage after moving out. All of the cabinets contained leftover items, dirt and spills. The condo has approximately 50 cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms. The oven was a mess, and the fridge/freezer was full of unwanted food to be disposed of. Master Cleaners came to give me an estimate on the same day that I called, then moved appointments around to be able to accommodate a cleaning for me the very next morning. They were pleasant, respectful, and they did a super job. My cabinets were spotless, as well as the rest of the unit. I will certainly hire them again. KD-

I hired Master Electric Customer Service LLC to install a ring doorbell and floodlights. He did the wiring and was supposed to come back to install the devices but he never did. He kept blowing me off and not answering the phone. He kept saying he was too busy. He is a nice guy, probably a good electrician but do not pay him in advance or he will not come back to finish the job. UPDATE 03/01/19: He finally came back and installed them for me so I raised the rating up to 2 stars. I know it probably is not that hard to install these devices oneself but I hired him to do it and what is more, I paid $570 for him to do it and so I really wanted him to do it. If I can not urn in a work project that is 80% done and expect to get paid 100% then he should not either.

This was my first time hiring someone from HomeAdvisor on my own and I cannot believe what a good experience it was. He was wonderful. Very kind and helpful and pleasant. He left my place the way he found it and was very knowledgeable when I asked questions. I would recommend him and his company to anyone who needs any electrical services and if I need help down the line, I will definitely be contacting him and only him. Thank you so much for your help!

I hired John to do some electrical work and he has not completed the job but was paid for it.

It took him about an hour to find the problem and an hour to fix it.

According to him, job was done but I later found out lights did not work. Has not come back to fix issues.
