Had to come out multiple times and the repair could not be completed. Parts came in broken and additional work with more repairs was added. Repairs ended ip costing more than a new washing machine.

The technician came and said that I also need to hire somebody to clean dryer vent. He said that he cleaned the dryer. When I hired someone else to come and clean dryer vent they told that it was practically clean. Most of the lint was in the dryer and the hose connecting the dryer to the dryer vent. So it was not cleaned. And I didn?t need to hire anyone to clean the dryer vent.
