Josey and Romen came to our house today to fix a badly clogged drain line from the kitchen sink. They took the time to fix it and made sure the problem was fixed completely. They came out and solved my clogged drain super quick and were extremely knowledgeable in everything I had going on. The price was great also! It was surprising how clean they made sure everything was when they were done and it was really nice that the work was explained so I knew exactly what I’m paying for. This is the first time we had to hire a plumber, I was weary not knowing how the service was going to be and the cost. I conducted a thorough research, even though it is already done w HomeAdvisor but for my peace of mind needed to know more about Master Fix Plumbing. What drew my attention is that it is a family owned and are known to do a good job. They arrived same day I needed the plumbing fixed, have a handicap sibling and it was important to get this job done. They were thorough, worked hard to resolve the situation, explained all in details before doing anything else. They are very thorough and do not want to leave a job not done correctly. We have not had any issues since and are extremely happy with the work they did. I highly recommend them! In fact we have another long over due job that needs to be done and will call them again!!

I recommend Erik and Master Fix Plumbing because of the experience and expertise in plumbing, like when troubleshooting with a camera and remediating problems discovered. They show true concern for the homeowner when proposing solutions, giving plenty of explanations. I felt costs were fair. It was a pleasure to deal with a person of integrity and honesty. Utilized Master Fix Plumbing for two separate issues, both done very well, and will use in the future.

I think their incredibly professional service and impeccable skills are worth every penny. They are true craftsmen. If a new hot water heater install can be artfull, this is art. These guys get my highest recommendation.

Erik arrived right when he said he would. He got right to work, cleared the issue, and took the time to explain exactly what had been done. Price was what i expected as well. Fast service on a Saturday! Very happy with the results.

I actually have no idea the prices of plumbing services so it may have been a better value than I realize. Had outside faucet replaced. Had to cut into wall on inside and this increases price. All in all $250 for 1.5 hr work. Very courteous, prompt, clean work, explained everything well.
