Very punctual. Cam and looked at the leaking ceiling from water leak from bath room upstairs. Did a through investigation first instead of cutting the dry wall near the leak. He spent almost 1 hour and finally told us this is a simple problem. The tile on the shower pan is broken and that is the reason water is leaking and asked us to get that tile fixed by a tile guy. He didn't charge us any money and when offered he told us he didn't do any thing and no need to charge and left. Later I understood he drove almost 1 hour to get to my house. Never seen such an honest guy.

He "upsold" on what needed to be done and my tenant even thought he was condescending.

The response time is very quick and the work begins very quickly. The plumber who helped us made my elderly mother feel comfortable and walked her through several of the steps in the process of replacing our water heater, replacing some pipes and repairing some drain issues. This gave me the confidence to hire them. The cost of plumbing is never cheap, but is necessary. Our plumber gave us a 10 percent discount off the total. Another plus when your trying to make ends meet but get quality service.

Plumber noticed the shut-off valves needed replacing.

Raul from Master Flow helped us fixed two faucets. Raul is an expert at what he is doing and knows everything. I will definitely hire him again when I have another project. Their price is a bit high though, but due to the emergency that we need to get our faucets fixed and they came here the next day after we called, I can accept it. Their service is amazing.
