We fired them for not making the job on time and with acceptable quality. Sherif, the contractor, is a nice guy, always smiling to you, agreeing to all what you say, and telling you the things which you want to hear - that the work will be completed fast and with good quality. Nothing of it was happening. The project which was quoted to take 12-14 weeks is not completed after 15 month. The quality of work is extremely bad. They could not pass building inspections multiple times. Everything they think is either broken, or needs to be fixed. They show up to work for a couple of hours in the afternoon one day, and then they are gone for days or weeks. They come to work unprepared, without necessary instruments. The last thing they did, when cutting a wall in the basement, the lack of dust protection caused the whole house to be contaminated with silicone dust, to such an extent that a fire alarm was triggered on the upper floor. And, after I was repeatedly complaining about agreed work not being completed, the contractor told me: If I tell you something, it does not mean I promise it.

Alway late to job. Still waiting for them to complete work at my home. Workers poured chemicals on my grass. They installed broken sink, I had to call several times for them to fix problems and received excuse after excuse.

Master Form Engineering can handle any job, large or small. I had a fan vent that needed to be secured from having squirrels get in my attic. Sherif quickly diagnosed the problem and sent the right craftsman to address the issue. Since then the vent has come open many times, and no issues. In addition, Sherif has a strong network of other professionals with which he partners. For another job I had, he recommended the exactly perfect professional for a need I had in my bedroom to provide the proper remote shades for the window in our loft. The job was done not only right, but has made our bedroom far cooler in the summer, yet allows us the freedom to have light and sun get in during the winter. Most of all Sherif and Masterform care. They are not going to come by and disappear on you. He personally oversees all jobs and crews and makes working with Masterform a pleasant experience.

Sherif is the man! He was super professional and honestly I could not have asked for a better person to entrust with a major renovation project. Him and his crew were extremely professional, communicative, and does excellent high quality work. Sherif helped us knock down a couple ways to open up our living / dining / kitchen into a full on open concept design. On top of that, we asked him to help sand and restain all hardwood as well. What I love about Sherif besides him and his crew's professionalism was Sherif's a one stop shop remodeling company. He literally has the best prices in the area and you don't have to waste time going around and getting multiple contractors to give you quotes on prices for any kind of project you have in mind. Sherif has contractors who does any and all types of work that you can possibly imagine and he does it all for a great price. Highly recommend and I personally will never use another contracting company again.
