Master Exterior Renovations - Home Facebook

Bid and negotiated a roof replacement for my 2 story 3,500 SF home in a well known West Windsor, NJ community. Olger Segura, owner of Master Exterior Renovations, provided the lowest honest bid with no pressure sales tactics. Other roof contractors tried negotiating material substitutions to beat the low bid. Olger would not reduce the quality of materials since it would create GAF roof warranty issues, labor guarantee issues for his company, and ultimately damage the Master Exterior Renovations reputation. I liked Olger's professional perspective and wanted nothing less than an excellent roof (at the lowest qualified price) for my home. 1 week after signing the contract, Olger had 6 roofers complete the roof replacement in one day. At Olger's cost and with my approvals, Olger also replaced 2 skylights and re-sided the chimney. Olger said it was worth the cost to him since it ensures no roof leaks in those areas. The 6 roofers were well coordinated in the roofing process, worked diligently all day under the hot sun, and did an excellent job. I am very happy with my new roof and highly recommend Master Exterior Renovations.

good workers & very neat

MG&S did a great job. They were on time and worked diligently. Their quote was significantly less than the other ones I got.

Workers arrived on time and did a great job. They were careful about cleaning up the property. They also arranged getting the permit in a timely fashion.

They're excellent.

They were there on time and finished the job on promised date. Friendly and willing to answer any questions we had.

Prompt, neat, courteous, quality work and affordable.
