They should most definitely not have a 5 star rating. I gave them a 0.5 because I had no other option. They were very unprofessional and had no regard for my granite countertops, new floors and other kitchen items. They failed to cover the floors and kitchen items when they painted so I have paint drops throughout the floor, on my microwave, stove, countertops, etc.; when I asked how if they were going to take care of it, the worker told me to go to Walmart, buy goo gone, spray it and clean it. They failed to complete the work and made many promises but failed to come through. I have a piece of wood holding up my double sink, two leaks, no exhaust fan, a non-working garbage disposal, etc.! They were always more than 2 hours late and at times failed to show up with no notice. I was left without a functioning kitchen for a month!

I would recommend Master Installation to anyone looking to do any size projects around their home. I had a hard time finding a legit contractor to do a small project ive been wanting to get done. These guys had no issues taking care of the job. They worked quickly and were very personable, great crew!
